The material used for manufacturing the insulating rubber mats at SANDHYAFLEX INDIA PVT LTD is made from natural rubber providing it with excellent resistance and mechanical properties. The door mats available in a thickness from 6mm to 25mm having a standard size of 1M by 2M having a chequered or fluted design. Also, provide a manufacturer's test certificate with the supply.
At SANDHYAFLEX INDIA PVT LTD, insulating rubber Mats are precisely designed to be used as floor covering to protect the workers on AC and DC installations having system voltages up to 66kV and 240V DC. These are as per the Bureau of Indian Standards IS15652:2006 superseding the previous IS 5424 of 1969.
SANDHYAFLEX INDIA PVT LTD ensure the manufacturing of electrical resistance insulation mats from vulcanized rubber compounds which are free from fabric insertions and fibrous material. Also, the mats come with a guarantee of 18 months from the date of dispatch or 12 months from the date of usage, whichever is earlier. In case of failure, the scope of warranty is limited to replacement or repairs only.
